Barbara Reis
Biography
I was born in Munich in 1970 and also went to school there and completed university studies in Bavarian history and art history in Munich, Eichstätt and Salamanca (Spain).
Since my graduation, I have been working as a cultural mediator, leading city tours and working in museums. I have also been working as a lecturer in adult education since 1995. Since 2014, I have been teaching at JYM on the topics of Munich during National Socialism and European art history. When the NS-Documentation Center opened in 2015 in Munich, I started working there as a freelancer. Since 2023, I have been supporting the JYM team as an academic coordinator.
